Ben Kassan
Benjamin Kassan is a Sophomore at the University of Pennsylvania, studying Economics and Business Statistics. His passion for education began in high school when he started tutoring, which later led him to create Quaker Tutors, a tutoring company dedicated to improving student learning. Through this experience, he identified key inefficiencies in the education system, inspiring him to found Education Consulting at Penn. This initiative focuses on addressing these challenges by providing strategic data-driven insights and solutions to enhance educational outcomes.

Oscar Schwartz
Oscar Schwartz is a sophomore at the University of Pennsylvania studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) and Hispanic Studies, with a minor in American Public Policy. He is the co-founder of Education Consulting at Penn and is deeply involved in education, research, and social impact consulting. His work spans financial literacy initiatives, policy research, and nonprofit consulting, all aimed at improving access to education and community resources. Beyond Penn, he has worked with various organizations on service-learning programs and advocacy efforts, reflecting his commitment to creating meaningful change in education and public policy.

Shayan Shivjit
Shayan Shivji is a Senior at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Finance and Consumer Psychology. With a strong background in research, strategy, and investment analysis, Shayan has experience working at McKinsey, where he honed his skills in understanding businesses at a fundamental level. He is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to help companies grow and succeed, with long-term aspirations of entrepreneurship and becoming an industry expert. Shayan thrives in high-pressure environments and enjoys connecting with people through speaking engagements and leadership roles

Samantha Mirabal
Samantha Mirabal is a first-year student from Miami, Florida intending to concentrate in Finance at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. As someone that is passionate about and has experience with education, financial literacy, and giving back to the community, she is excited to leverage her skills and contribute to the team. Outside of Education Consulting at Penn, Samantha is involved in Wharton Undergraduate Finance Club, Wharton Management Club, Common Cents, Women in Consulting, and Wharton Women. Julian Wiliams
Julian Wiliams is a Sophomore studying Philosophy and Creative Writing in the College of Arts and Science. With a passion for education, Julian brings a unique perspective to consulting. His experience as a preschool teacher has given firsthand insights into early childhood development, curriculum design, and student engagement. Through his studies, he has developed strong analytical and communication skills, allowing him to think critically about educational challenges and craft compelling narratives to support innovative solutions.

Collin Wang
Collin Wang is a Freshman at the University of Pennsylvania studying Economics and Statistics, originally from Pittsburgh, PA. With experience interning at a children’s museum and founding his own college essay-editing service, he is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to help educational organizations grow and succeed.

Eric Li
Eric Li is a freshman in the Huntsman Program in Business and International Relations at the University of Pennsylvania, targeting Spanish and concentrating in entrepreneurship and Innovation. Eric is passionate about entrepreneurship and socially responsible investing. He is currently the product advisor and head of outreach for an EdTech startup, utilizing negotiations and product development skills. Eric enjoys connecting with others and having conversations about anything with anyone.

Niko Mamula
Niko Mamula is a Sophomore at the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, double-majoring in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics and French & Francophone Studies. As a Philly native, he has seen firsthand the city's educational inequities and is passionate about empowering underprivileged students. Drawing on his interdisciplinary studies and community involvement, Niko aspires to contribute to more equitable learning environments and expand opportunities for youth across Philadelphia.
